Political Science

i think the major is really interesting, but classes are super difficult to get and it is hard to make friends in classes

i think it’s really interesting but i feel like it’s hard to find others that are so poli sci and connect with them as the major is competitive kinda

Political science is awesome. It is probably the easiest major here. The classes fill up very quickly, so you can only take one lower division class per quarter. Still, they are much easier to study for than any Math or Stem class. I know it's pretty hard to get into because of waitlisting, so I would recommend trying Public Affairs instead.

This major focuses on experiential learning and there are many ways to apply classroom concepts to projects, presentations, and collaborative work, which I've really enjoyed and has helped me prepare a lot for post graduate work!
