The classics major is annoying when it comes to enrollment since the department is on the smaller side, the range of classes is sometimes limited to 1-2. If you don’t have priority enrollment or miss your time, then you’re a little fried. The classes are fun though and the TAs are very engaging. A lot of the classes can be cross-listed from political science, history, or philosophy though so the major isn’t too hard. The language requirement is a bit annoying to fulfill tho since you need 3 quarter of either Latin or Greek (nice if you like learning languages tho).
